Allied National is not involved in the administration of Health
Savings Accounts, it does not provide tax, investment or legal
advice with respect to such accounts, and it does not have control
over, or liability for, HSA administration services. All HSA
administration services will be provided by Canopy Financial through
the online HSA management system, separate and apart from any
insurance administration services provided by Allied National. By
applying for insurance with Allied National, you have agreed to pay
Allied a monthly administrative fee for the insurance administration
services. By applying for an HSA, you have also agreed to pay Canopy
Financial a separate monthly administrative fee for the HSA
administration services.
