Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO)
Many Allied health plan participants are in a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) network. To find out more on your PPO network, click on one of the links below. The links will take you to your networks website and allow you to lookup specific providers or create a network provider directory in your area.
If you're a covered member and you're unsure of your PPO network, the information is on your insurance ID card. Click here to see a sample ID card showing your PPO network name and phone number.
For questions about specific providers, please contact your PPO network at the number shown on your ID card. Please note that covered members under the Freedom Plan, MEC Value or PMEC plan options are not part of a PPO, and may use any provider they choose.
