Freedo​m Reference-Based Pricing Plans

Freedom reference-based pricing plans allow you to see any provider of your choice. Click on the button for the CompassConnect look-up tool to find providers near you. The tool also allows you to:
  • Learn whether the provider is friendly to reference-based pricing.
  • Learn whether the provider specializes in a particular type of care.
  • Search the provider’s location and contact information.

To register, you will need:
  • Your Member ID
  • Group Number to register

This plan utilizes both PPOs and reference-based pricing.

Dental Design & Vision PPO
You have access to the Aetna Dental PPO Network (not available in TX & VA) and members who have vision coverage have access to the National Vision Administrators (NVA) network. ​

​help reduce coinsurance costs and eliminate balance billing by the dentist. Not available in Texas and Virginia. To find a participating dentist in your network, go to the website ​or call ​888-266-3053.
NVA Vision Benefits PPO Network
