Three Things to Do Now

  1. Register for your Self-Service Account and gain access to your Summary Plan Description; and request service on issues ranging from changes in coverage to address updates. For your convenience, an electronic (PDF) version of your ID card also is available online on your Self-Service Account. Click HERE to learn how to access your Self-Service Site for the first time.
  2. MEC Plans utilize PPOs. Check your ID card for the name of your network and visit the Find a Provider page.
  3. Utilize your Prescription Benefit Manager (PBM). A PBM provides you access at your local pharmacies and manages the benefits you receive.
