How do I Get a Quote for a Funding Advantage Plan? ​

What is the typical turnaround time for quotes? ​

​HOW QUICKLY DO YOU MAIL ID CARDS TO MEMBERS?
Because we produce ID cards entirely in‑house, we’re able to turn them around very quickly. Once we receive a complete sold case submission, physical ID cards are typically printed and mailed within just a few business days. This streamlined process helps ensure members receive their cards as soon as possible.

In addition to mailed cards, members also have digital access to their ID cards through their online Self‑Service Portal so they can begin using their benefits even before the physical card arrives. ​
CAN I ACCESS MY COMMISSION STATEMENTS ONLINE?
Yes, statements are conveniently accessible from our Self-Service Portal. ​
