to Do Now


  1. Register for your Self-Service Account and gain access to your Summary Plan Description; and request service on issues ranging from changes in coverage to address updates. For your convenience, an electronic (PDF) version of your ID card also is available online on your Self-Service Account. Click HERE to learn how to access your Self-Service Site for the first time.
  2. Find a Provider. If you want to use a physician in your PPO, this link will help you view your options.
  3. Allied HealthCare Assistant can help you get the best, most affordable care.
  4. Check your ID card to see if you have the HealthChoices benefit and click on the link to learn more if you do.
  5. Show your ID card to your provider at the time of service!

  • Register for your Telehealth Benefit. You have 24/7 access to a provider via your phone or lap top.
  • Read your Pharmacy Information. FirstChoice™ pharmacies is the preferred pharmacy network of Liviniti. Enjoy enhanced benefits such as extended fills. FirstChoice™ pharmacies can be found at First Choice – Liviniti. As an Allied National member, you can also get select prescriptions through GEM Edwards Pharmacy delivered to your door at no cost to you!

Benefits That Help You Save Money


  • Utilize your Prescription Benefit Manager (PBM). A PBM provides you access at your local pharmacies and manages the benefits you receive.
  • Use your Abenity Discounts to save money on entertainment and more.
  • Enrollment in the  High-Cost Drug Program  is mandatory for all eligible members to receive coverage for High-Cost Drugs (any tiers) over $500 per fill and for all specialty drugs (tier 4). Check your Summary plan description for more information and eligibility rules.
